Jesus Himself demonstrated the power of the Word when He was tempted by the devil in the wilderness (Matthew 4:1-11). When we declare the promises of God over our lives, we cut through the lies of the enemy and declare victory in Christ.

Finally, prayer is the ultimate tool in spiritual warfare. We are instructed to pray at all times, in every situation, and to remain alert in prayer (Ephesians 6:18). Prayer connects us with the power of God and aligns our hearts with His will.
